Network Providers:
These are the service providers. They are MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9Mobile. When you need data, they can sell data to you through two ways.-Directly⬇ (Where you load your phone and dial a particular code to subscribe for yourself)
-Indirectly⤵ (where you pay money to someone to subscribe for you and you get your data).
All the service providers have established a way they sell out their data -through small and medium scale enterprise. By helping people establish their business through sales of data. As a result, they sell data in wholesale amount to those we call Merchants
Merchants:
These people buy data in bulk from the network providers and sell at retail prices to the Re-sellers. The merchants sell at relatively lower price than the network providers because they buy in bulk (large quantities) and at a lower price. The merchants have a way of buying airtime and data at wholesale price from the network providers and then distribute at retail prices while they make back their gains. Being a merchant is capital intensive.Re-sellers:
Being a Re-seller is like being a middleman between the Merchant and the Consumer.Example A
Take for instance you need MTN 1Gigabyte. The merchant sells that at 530/535naira. But as a re-seller, You can sell at 600, 650 naira or even more. The customer meets you, and pay the money for MTN 1gb. You inform the merchant to send to the customer 1gb data.With the money you paid to you by the customer, you pay the merchant 535naira and keep back 115naira(your gain).Example B
Another example is 2gb MTN data. Which can be sold 1200 but the merchant sells at 980 naira. The customer send you 1200 and you send the merchant 980 and keep back 220naira(your gain ). Doing this for 10 persons in a day gives a gain of 2,200 naira in a day. Most times it is more.Hope you understand now?
Consumers :
Data is life. We all need data to be on the internet. Consumers are those who buy data from you. They are all around you -your friends, family, colleagues, your Facebook friends and etc. They will always need data and will always want to buy. And you will always make your money if you start as a reseller. Little drops of water make a mighty ocean. That was how a friend made 12,000NGN in 12 Days🤩 from her consumers.Referrers:
These are consumers who are aware that you sell data and maybe you told them to get you 10 persons and they get 1gb data from you. They help to expand your business while you reward them with data until they are ready to become a Data Re-seller. 😃Cable TV Subscription (DSTv and GoTv)
